I know that you must eat to grow anywhere from 3000-7000 calories. I'm have a hard time trying to figure out how to eat that many calories in a day. Can someone break it down meal by meal at what times that this can be done thanks! IP: Logged |

It depends how you want to look in the "offseason" I know guys that gas up and gain tons of fat and water. If that is the case then you can eat whatever you want as long as your protein is high. If youare eating like shit, then you will look like shit. Do you want to look big in your sweatshirt and have a big pumpkin head, then eat what you like. If you want good quality mass, without the huge water retention, then eat clean. Eat every 2 1/1- 3 hours. A sample would be something like 12 oz of lean beef, a tablespoon of flax oil, a decent size sweet potatoe, and veggies. As long as your metabolism is up, then you won't get fat. If this isn't enough for you, then eat more. I don't know your bodyweight. I, myself, eat more, but then again I keep up on the cardio. I consume alot of beef and chicken in the offseason and don't get fat. The important thing is to watch your body. You can see if you are getting fat. Then scale back alittle IP: Logged |
