hey guy'z, just wondering will 1g of sust a week increase my bf%,

i'm at about 10%...

also "thinking" about adding d-bol in the first 4 weeks...

depends on what your diet looks like. I would do the d-bol with the sust. I really love that combo

Eat big on this cycle and use big weights. You will put on a little bodyfat and you will have some water retention, but do clen/T3 afterwards and you will be ok.

The sus won't increase BF but too many empty calories could. Also , after the Sus the estrogen levels can rise which causes a BF increase. Keep your estrogen levels low and you should not have a problem.

Don't worry about BF% if your doing a gram of sus, and dbol....shit, eat like a horse....you can take off the excess later and see the finished product!!!

Hey bro,
I did a little research on this and this is what ive found. The theory is that test is a repartitioning agent which means that your body diverts its energy to adding muscle rather than fat. Thats why you see so many shapeless blobs. The only thing you have to watch out for is estrogen which will cause fat to deposit on sex specific areas.
So if your worried about it take an anti-e.
I ate like a horse on my last cycle and didnt gain anything on my waist! E-mail me and Ill send you more info on this.
