![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I was just curious on everyones opinion on doing cardio while on test.. i am currently at a high body fat level of 16% and am very sick of being fat.. i am taking 500mgs sust a week and have gotten some gains but only in my third week so nothing big yet.. but i want to start joggin for a half hour maybe at about 6.0 mph on a treadmill 4 or 5 times a week in the morning to try and lower my bodyfat level while on the sust. Is this a bad idea? Has anyone had personal experience trying to cut up on a sust cycle.. is 6.0 too slow/fast should i do this a different way or is it just all in all bad to do cardio while on sust.. also thinking of throwing some clen in on sust.. what is everyones opinions on this.. thanx for the help in advance bros.. ![]() ![]() ![]() I try to stick to real low impact stuff (bike, walking, etc.) when Im on because I am paranoid that my heart will enlarge. I know the chances are slim but it is better safe than sorry. Low impact cardio 3 times a week for a half hour should get you down a little. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cardio is your friend, especially on Sust. Cardio plus a low sodium diet is the best thing you can do to keep your blood pressure under control when on gear. This is not just my opinion, you can find plenty of info about this topic by doing a medline search. Diet makes everything.. There is no reason why someone cannot gain some muscle while keeping their diet good and loosing a little wieght.. just because all you skinny people gain fat easily when on test doesnt mean that everyone does.. i am slightly fat and everytime ive done test ive lost some bodyfat percentage.. besides the fact the question was not about whether sust was a cutting or bulking drug.. the question was is it ok to run while on sust.. i dont need the remarks about stupidity.. this board doesnt need those remarks.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I hear you man, I also have a slight body-fat problem. I cut down before my sust cycle extremely. But along with cutting the carbs and calories, it also cut my strength. I leaned down great,(looking better than I ever have). I was doing 30 min of cardio 3X a week. When I started the sust, I stopped the cardio, and switched to a 10min cardio warm-up before lifting. I figure 10min of cardio, along with hydroxycut and intense lifting is enough cardio for me while on the cycle. I have been eating everything (while still trying to eat clean). I cheat more that Im not trying to cut extremely. I havent noticed that much of a bodyfat gain, but any I do gain I will get rid of after the cycle. Right now Im just trying to gain as much muscle as possible. Do what you think is right for you, dont let any asshole tell you diffrent. You know exactly how hard it is for guys like us to lean down. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SCHNiKEN, best cycle I ever done was a sust/winny/deca cutting cycle. I lost about 15lbs of fat and replaced it with 15lbs of muscle. I looked way better than if I would have just gained 20-30lbs. The key was to drop the sust after 8 weeks, then the deca 2 weeks later, then the winny another 2 weeks later. By the end of the cycle, the little bit of water was gone and I was bigger and solid. What's everyone's problem with gaining some muscle while losing fat? It can be done(with some chemical assistance)and bodybuilders do it (test) all the time, why do you think they all take lasix competition time? But to answer your question, cardio is fine but running is a bad choice, go for the old stationary bike, 3-4 x 30mins/week. I'm in the same boat as you right now. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just started my cycle this week (finally!) and what we have here is a new sort of category. I've been planning this sort of cycle for quite some time now and consider it to be a "Trimming" cycle. Not an all out "see food eat food" bulking cycle, but not a get ripped for a show cycle either. My main goal is to drop about 10lbs. of fat while gaining about 10-15lbs. of muscle. And yes I will be doing some cardio! Using sust, cyp, deca (For many reasons I like deca - from joins to immune system benefits), for the last half of the cycle I'll be using T3 and tapering with primo. Total test will be just under 1g per week with deca right at 400mg. It's the Nor 200 so it will be closer to 350 I figure, but that's cool. I will be monitoring my BF and weight closely and adjusting diet and cardio as needed. This is a doable cycle and think if every thing goes as planed it will be my cycle of choice. Hey, I'm never going to compete and do not need all the headaches of trying to maintain less than 10% BF - which is hard as hell for this boy. Besides, I like the extra strength at the low teens and feel so fricking weak down below 10. I do expect some water retention during, but I'm more concerened with post cycle results - say a month after. This is when I judge the true effectiveness of my efforts. Figure to go a solid 10 weeks of test and then an additional four weeks of primo. Clomid of course. I may trim the test to eight weeks, but will play it by ear. So there you have it.
