![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Try a split routine. Example Monday/Thursday- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps); Tuesday/Friday- Back, Quads, Hamstrings, Calves Abdominals). Wednesday/Saturday- Cardio. Sunday- cardio or rest. In this routine you hit each body part twice a week. Here's another split. Day 1- (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps); Day 2- (Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Abdominals); Day 3- (Back, Biceps, Forearms); Day 4 Rest. Repeat Cycle. You can also work each body part once a week, but train it hard. If I were you I wouldn't start that until 6 months after you've restart your training. Right now your body needs to be physically conditioned. Work each body part twice a week, but don't go to complete muscle failure, unless you can really recuperate quickly. Invest in some supplements and that should aid you through recovery. Whey protein, vitamins, glutaine and creatine. Good luck bro. Happy training. Also focus on using compound exercises. Try not to use too many isolation movements. IP: Logged |
