There are so many protein powders out, I have no idea which works. I like Designer, but I want something that will put on some muscle mass. I just want to know what protein powder has worked well for them. If you have a favorite protein powder, please post it. Thanks.

PERSONALLY I THINK MOST WHEY PROTEINS ARE THE SAME. BUT I THINK DESIGNER AND NITRO TECH MAY BE SUPERIOR IN QUALITY. MY .02!

Right on Mark,
Optimum Nutrition is the best bang for the buck. I take protein everyday for three of my meals. But I dont expect to get bigger or anything. It is just something that your body needs.

i am really not into the powder, i like the pure protein shakes, they are kinda expensive, being as i drink 3 a day, at 2.50 a pop, that's like 50 a week, but they do the job for me, i drink 3 of those with combined 135 protein, 12 carbs, and 4.5 fat. and i also drink 2 ensures, good shit, 2 of them combined is 24 protein, 12 fat and 62 carbs, i need them, because i eat really not that much fat or other carbs besides potatoes, or rice. i will stop going on, but pure protein rules!

Out of all the protein powders I've tried, I really like Muscle Meals and Pro Fusion. I can swallow the stuff down. It doesn't taste bad at all. I liked Designer, but I believe the taste is really overrated. It doesn't taste that great. I've had worse, but it's not the best. Designer does help me recover faster, than any other protein powder, except for muscle meals.

I agree their all mostly the same but taste-wise Designer is probably the best.
