![]() ![]() ![]() i drink an isopure (50 mgs of pro.) for breakfast, a salad and 2% milk for lunch a isopure after the gym and chicken or turkey for dinner and a des. pro. before bed.(22grm). I dont know if that is enough during my cycle? I do 1/2 hour of cardio 3x a week and abs 4x a week. I need some type of diet for when i quit to loose my horrible fat in the mid section. my arms and legs are solid and very hard but my torso is ruining my life. with the clen and eca what other stuff or gear and what diet could fix this. thanks for your help IP: Logged |
