i work out very hard and keep a clean diet but can not get rid of my horrible fat ass stomach and unloving handles. I am going to rotate eca and clen but i was hoping for something else very effective. Is carb depl. after a cycle a good idea and how should i do it so i dont loose my hard gained muscle

Are you doing cardio? Also how many carbs a day are you eating? Give more info maybe I can help

lots of protein, lots of cardio, low carb, and tons of glutamine to maintain muscle fibers during/after cardio

2 isopure a day with 5grm of glu in each...enough to maintain muscle?

get like 300 grams protein, 100-200 carbs, alot of cardio(5x week at least)eat good no chips, pizza, etc. get a little fat to you will be fine.

I am getting good results from ECA/CLEN Cardio 5 days a week and 50mg Equipoise EOD.

and I am sticking to a high protein... low fat... and no more then 30grams of carbs after 4 in the afternoon..

After my first cycle I cut carbs way down but kept eating good and a lot of protein. I dropped 15 in two weeks without losing a lot of muscle.
