My gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except Xmas, and I think t day. I'm working out 6 days a week, I can't over train right now, thanks to "enhansments"...EAT EAT EAT, LIFT LIFT AND THEN LIFT SOME MORE AND REST.... IP: Logged |

i just realized this now! this will fuck my whole wk up! especially us guys doing 1 body part per day, you need a full 5 days to accomplish this and i like sat & sun as rest days!!!!! looks like im going to the gym this sat to make up for mom....this sucks.. ------------------ IP: Logged |
