If you are very lean why are you running? This can be detrimental. How many calories are you taking in? Your diet may be too clean, you may need more fats and carbs. I know alot of people won't like this comment, but if you've done alot of juice in the past, it's gonna be very hard to grow without it.

i haven't done only but a few cycles of gear... anyway...the program is too much...you can't be natural and grow by doing 200things per bodypart. once your muscles are broken down, they're broken down and the only thing that doing more excercises afterward is doing is overtraining. Im not bodybuilder lean yet...im around 10-9% but im dieting to lose fat by just adding cardio. i eat a sufficent amt of carbs, and i use xenadrine and zmass i might start adding more unsat fats into diet though

im natural..and if your read the shit..its 3 exercises for biceps, and 3 for triceps....now im sorry..but if thats to much, than maybe you want to try some other sport.

i understand your point, about breaking down the muscles. but i hardly think 3 exercises per musclegroups is to much man..seriously.no flame intended.

MRMUSCLE IS RIGHT , LISTN TO WHAT HE HAS TO SAY. IM NATURAL (SO FAR) AND DO PRETTY MUCH THAT SAME WORKOUT.

IT WORKS
ITS ALSO VERY HARD TO GAIN SIZE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO LOOSE BODY FAT.

JUST TRY IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS YU WILL NOTICE THE DIFERENCE

MrMuscle, that program looks great, I think I'll try it myself. How much rest time between sets do you take? Thanks.

im kinda a freak when it comes to rest time...if i dont have a workout partner i will never wait more than 60sec before doing another set...and when all sets are to failure thats kinda hard...so i have to remind myself to take longer breaks...but it aint easy.

Try this for 3 weeks. You should do this 3 times per week. No more than 5 weeks, though.

8-10 sets of 60-80 reps. It will give you an insane pump, but you must make sure to go to failure.

Use a machine or the cable curls because it will be too awkward to use free weights for so many reps.

If you are not on roids then 200 gr protein a day is a waste.

Charles poloquin has offered a few suggestions

1) Train your legs harder

2) Train your forearms

3) 5 second positive 5 second negative
(Hurts like hell but no.3 worked for me - i hav't tried the others yet, but there is logic to them,)

You may have luck with his one day arm cure - didn't do shit for me though

What a damn puss...seriously, flat out, that's what you are LPB. You are scared of doing 3 exersizes per bodypart?! Where the hell did you learn to lift? Aerobic class?

Get serious man...2Thick has good advice. Shock your muscles by doing 50-100 rep sets every 4-6 weeks. Use about 40-50% of your 1 rep max and do the shit. Get a STRAINING partner and lift. Committ yourself to do all reps...50-60 reps for upper body, 50-100 for lower.

YOU WILL SEE RESULTS...YOU WILL BE SORE...YOU WILL GET IN THE BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!!
