CELL BLOCK WERE ONLY THE MOST INSANE MF WILL TRAIN. MUSIC AT 90DSB MIN. ONLY THE HARDEST TUNES ON EARTH WOULD PLAY. NO LITTLE PIP SQUEAKS ASKING STUPID ?'s. NO ONE RIPPING ON STEROID USERS. I'd call mine "THE SHUT UP AND LIFT", I think that covers it. Oh yeah the 90 db is a good idea, it would stop the blabber mouths, if you want to talk, go outside. Better yet don't come in. I do own my own gym and if I could name it over again after owning it now for over 8 years I would name it: MCDONALDS or BURGER KING maybe then I could trick the 95% of society that spends most of their time and money on junk food and cable TV!!
