![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The little pinching ones are somewhat acurate but like NaturalWonder said, you have to know how to use them. I remember in grade 12 gym class, my weightlifting teacher used those calipers on like 10 places on my body: my triceps, quads, abs, hams, calves, and some other spots (no he wasnt' a fag). Then he averaged it out and gave me a percentage. Mine was 5%. I think now I am 4%. IP: Logged |
