Kind of a stupid question but what do you bros think of calipers? are they worth half a shit? and were can you get them? BTW if anyone knows who does hydrostatic bf testing that info would be appreciated. Plates IP: Logged |

The little pinching ones are somewhat acurate but like NaturalWonder said, you have to know how to use them. I remember in grade 12 gym class, my weightlifting teacher used those calipers on like 10 places on my body: my triceps, quads, abs, hams, calves, and some other spots (no he wasnt' a fag). Then he averaged it out and gave me a percentage. Mine was 5%. I think now I am 4%. IP: Logged |

I think GNC sells the plastic ones. Maybe it was Modells or SPorts Authority. They give you a rough estimate. They are pretty accurate. ------------------ IP: Logged |
