anyone ever work same body part twice weekly. was just reading ronnie colemans routine.im on a good mass cycle so i thought i might give it a try.3 days for all the body then the next 3 days repeat and then one day off. IP: Logged |

Each part once a week does it for me. I also include two rest days. If you are working your parts twice a week, it is likely your joints will start to ache. If they don't, you probably are not training hard enough. Matt IP: Logged |
