I'm trying to consume my body weight in protein each day, but it's hard. Can anyone answer what the protein content of an egg white is? Any suggestions for getting the protein I need outside of powders?

in a raw egg whole you get 6.3 gms of protein and 5.0 gms of fat.

white only you get 3.5 gms of protein 0 gms of fat.

yolk only you get 2.8 gms of protein and 5.1 gms of fat.

with the whole nad yolk only you get 213 mgs of chol. While the white only you get 0 chol.

And just in case people are wondering, the goose egg has the most protein with 20.0gms, but the calories (267) and fat (19.1) are also the most.
