If its just sore, thats normal. But if you are lifting heavy and it feels like its gonna rip out, go lighter or change the exercise to one that puts less pressure on the tendons. You dont wanna fuck up your shoulders bro. Dont forget to warm up before starting and rotating the the shoulder blades and warming up the tendons. And if you feel an exercise feels too uncomfertable on the joints, dont do it. Fuck it man its not worth it. <<<<<<<<<<<EAT SLEEP LIFT>>>>>>>>>>>>>> IP: Logged |

Been there done that, I would take deca if it cheaper, but $135 for 10cc's of 200 mg brovel is too much, so I do MSM(methyl sufonyl methane) you can find it on the web, it's great for joint pain, it supplies bioactive sulfer for your body and is one of the most over looked sources of vital nutrients in today's over processed foods. it's really good for your cartilage and connective tissues and the like. Take two grams twice a day with creatine 5 to 6 grams with each dose of MSM. It takes time for it to work but try it and wait two or more weeks, lighten up on your shoulders for a bit till you stop hurting. Best of luck bro...THE STUFF WORKS BRO'S!!!! James Colburn the actor swears by it, he was crippled for years, and said he owes his career to it....Nothing else worked for him. IP: Logged |
