![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() sounds good keep doing it. Take and eca though, it'll help. Mix up the type of cardio your doing. A friend and i just set a timer and play one on one full court basketball for forty five minutes or so during the summer, that's great. we have fun and get our cardio. But the diet is good, except maybe your metabolism is low because your calories are. Try the Ketosis diet, that's a tried and true method. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cardio is all the same, as it all results in the same effect: keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone. If you want to drop fat quick then keep your cardio at 5 days a week atleast..and dont drop the weights. You have to say heavy here, due to the fact that your body will think its ok to burn the muscle if its not used. Calorie levels for cutting vary from person to person, so thats hard to say, I for example cannot cut with higher than 2700cal. a day...most bros have no prob there..experiment.
