I'm just starting week 5 of my cycle and wanted to post my report card My cycle is sust/ref/eq in the following doses:

1000mg sust/week
50mg ref/day (weeks 1-5)
400mg EQ/week (weeks 5-10)

Here is my progress to this point:

start: 245 pounds
week 1: +10 pounds (255)
week 2: +18 pounds (263)
week 3: +23 pounds (268)
week 4: +27 pounds (271)

Last week I discussed some blood pressure concerns I was having. After a visit with my doctor we decided to try a mild diuretic. I lost A LOT of water this week.....hence the meager 3 pound gain. My blood pressure is at acceptable levels, I feel great, and look much better!!

As for strength, I have increased substantially in every movement. My biggest increases...in the "big 3" lifts are:

bench press: +40 pounds
squat: +35 pounds
deadlift: +50 pounds

I'm starting EQ today, I'll keep you posted on my progress.

This is one of my favorite stacks except usually I pop some of the pink panter pills instead of Reforvit but sounds like your doing good to me! Keep it up 30lbs is crazy I bet everyone who knows you is freaking out every time they see you now!

I really consider this to be my first "real" cycle. My prior use of AS has been limited to anabol and reforvit a few times over the past 7 years........but no serious AS cycles. But now I'm a juice freak for life

How many cals you consuming a day? All clean or anyhting you can get your hands on? How many days a week are you training. Props to you dog, thats huge.

I'm make weekly adjustments to my caloric intake.....keeping it at 25 times my body weight. This week I was at 6750 calories per day.....25% fat, 35% protein, 40% carbs. I'm eating everything in sight....within reason anyway. My body fat is 1% lower than when I started my cycle. Not that I feel I've lost body fat, but with the addition of muscle, the fat makes up a lower percentage of my composition.

And people do freak about my size.......especially those who I don't see every day. I had family accuse me of being on steroids....bastards anyway

Looks good but lets be realistic. First week is all water. Second week is mostly water. Third week your body gets into an anabolic environment and muscle starts to form-still slow. 4th week+ is when the muscle gains start to happen but your weight does not change. I'd be carefull about that ref-b, it has alot of vitamins in it and I have had b12 poisoning before at 50mg/day after 6 weeks. I felt like shit for a week and could not do anything or eat.

Milk Man.....I agree that there is quite a bit of water retention, but you may want to study the properties of methandrostenolone again if you feel that you won't make any gains in muscle mass until week 4+. You also stated after week 4 you gain muscle, but your weight stays the same. I'm a little confused by that logic......can you explain?

What I said was muscle starts to form the 3rd week, first two weeks from d-bol is all water. And the reason that your weight don't change that much after 4th week is because you lose some of that water as you gain muscle.

The reason I didn't gain as much weight this last week, as I stated in my original post, is because I started taking a diuretic last Saturday. I now lose water faster than I can put it in......and still gained weight. I needed to rid myself of water retention to decrease my blood pressure.

Sounds like your making some kick ass gains bro. Looks like excellent results. Keep up the good work and keep us informed.
I'll be very interested to know what gains you will have kept post cycle. After approx. 2 months off.
