Iv'e been on the green print nile sus for four weeks and no results.Lot#90001 exp.01/03 Iv'e been taking 500mgs. per week. How much more time should I give this stuff? IP: Logged |

Do they have a green or white ring around the neck of the amp? The real ones don't have a ring at all. IP: Logged |

No. they have no rings at all and the print will not scratch off. The oil is slightly yellow and all amps are the same size. IP: Logged |

Don't give up just yet bro that sus takes some time, My first cycle should have run 8 weeks instead of 6, next is nine weeks then I'm off till september, maybe october, then back on. best wishes bro... IP: Logged |

Bro, how much are you eating??If your not eating alot of carbs and proteins..especially proteins..you aren't going to gain anything no matter what you take and how much you take. Eat atleast 5 to 6 meals..MEALS.. a day...about everything 3 hours. Don't consume the empty calories like ice cream, potato chips, candy, cokes..things like that...and that doesn't mean 5 or 6 meals of Mcdonald's, Burger King or Subway. Yes it is ok to eat them maybe in one meal, but cook your own food. Eat atleast 8oz of a protein and atleast one cup of rice, pastas or beans. Baked potatoes are great too. Try to eat like this for about 4 or 5 meals a day. I do use protein shakes and consider them a meal, but I combine them with a carb as well, ie. bananas in the shake, or eating whole grain cereals, oatmeal, or cream of wheat(farina). I've been eating this way for a couple of years and put on 25lbs before even going to the juice. I has taught me how to be intuned to my eating habits and making sure of no macronutrient deficiences. I hope this will help you. Also, it does take a few weeks before you really feel a kick from the sust. I've not used Niles, but it will take a few weeks. IP: Logged |
