![]() ![]() ![]() I have been taking my usual 3 days off on chest, but here lately I have the same torn-like pain on my outer-chest region. It doesn't feel like the normal non-recuperated muscle fibers. Are my tendons causing the pain and am I flirting with disaster lifting hard right through the pain? I'm taking NAPOS right now and my strength is going through the roof, so if I'm getting stronger, my muscles have to be recuperating..RIGHT??? Any similar experiences bros? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Be careful bro. If it doesn't feel like muscle soreness you may want to take a week or two off from training chest. I would sacrifice a little bit of strength for a torn pec any day. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Move your grip in 2 inches not to stress that part of chest. If pain continues, take a break. There is always another day..dog IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() When your strenght goes up with roids it mean only your muscles are getting stronger, but there connective tissue is not neccessarly gain the same strenght, so don't be going to max weights everytime you hit the gym. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Listen to your body, if it hurts real bad, or if you think your going to pull something, lay off that exersice or muscle for a couple of days. A couple of days off is better than an injury which would most likely lead to several weeks off. Its better safe than sorry. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bro I have the solution, I think. you might have an injury, best thing to do is, 1-stay away from straight bars exercises(bench press) 2- use dumbbell chest pressed instead, 3-use low weights but high reps, 4-work chest only once a week. this will help you keep your strenght up and allow enought time to recuperate it's better than, stoping chest training all together!!!
