I've read much about Winstrol (stanazolol) in many steroid profiles but I still don't understand how it works. I mean its not a sex hormone (test) so its not androgenic. Under my prescription drug book its listed as an Anabolic. What are the biological mechanisms involved with Winny that allow you to get hard dense muscle and loose body fat? Is it a hormone? What kind. You don't have to answer here, maybe you can point me to a good site that explains it. IP: Logged |

I don't know the actual biologicals workings of it either! But in my opinion it is that best AS for getting flat-out shredded and vascular...boy does it WORK! I know I didn't answer you qusestion, but try doing a STANAZOLOL search on a few different search engines...your bound to run into something! IP: Logged |

Winstrol is a sex hormone, since it binds and activates the AR, and has the same steroidal backbone as testosterone. It may not be natural, but it does fill the criteria. Also, Winstrol has lower androgenic activity and greater anabolic activity than T, but it still is androgenic. Next, Winstrol does not aromatize to estrogens, so this is why one does not gain the water retention as when one is on harder androgens. IP: Logged |
