Check this out guys, pros and newbies. From now on this is what i think everybody should do to never get gyno. Always take your clomid (every other day, during, and after cycle) and then take a nolvadex 20mg tab twice a week during and 2 weeks after the cycle(like on a mon and a thurs). I believe this will eliminate the estrogen buildup in the body, and the chances of getting gyno are very slim. From now on this is what i'm going to do. If anybody disagrees, let me know. I know the nolva might be expensive, but it's worth it. Till now the gains are the same if i hadn't taken it and i feel better knowing that gyno won't get to me. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i have gyno... and prob. get the surgery first... and then doing a cycle... is there a chance of it coming back.. if i do what you suggested... cause i'm afraid that it will return.... hope not??????? IP: Logged |

aky - U got Gyno..right..how was u'r cycle when u got it...and wich dosage. Did u get it in the end of u'r cycle or after ? Did u use Nolva ? A lot of questions but i want to do some research on this before i do my next " Hard Cycle" 8man IP: Logged |

Let me just warn you I used to do clomid every day in my cycles and it screwed up my nuts. They are very small now and don't respond to clomid or hcg. All I hope for is my sperm count is not nill as I want to have childeren some day. I would take arimidex instead if you can afford it. Clomid is an estrogen and just block stronger estrogens, it wont eliminate them but due to its other functions it will send a signal in your brain to keep aromatase levels a bit down. Now arimidex on the other hand prevents estrogen from forming and is relativly safe as far as I know. IP: Logged |

The problem with noveldex is that it hampers gains while on your cycle because it competes for receptors against your gear not just estrogen. Use it only if you need it as it is a waste of time and money to use it on cycle unless there is a valid reason. ------------------ IP: Logged |

a few sources have arimidex, however it's like 1 buck a pill. I haven't experienced reduced gains because of taking nolvadex twice a week. Has anybody? Not just because somebody says so, but for me it doesn't make a difference. ------------------ IP: Logged |

One buck per tab??? If that's the case, I'll take 1000. I think it is about 9-11 per tab. But in case you have a one dollar source, I'll take them. If anyone has a source that will sell Arimidex in BULK for cheap(I mean like 10,000 or more) e-mail me. I have many people that would chip in for that. IP: Logged |

What's the difference between Arimidex and Proviron...Proviron is like 3 bucks a pill (domestic). most believe that 1mg arimidex per week is equal to taking 250mg of cytadren per day...also arimidex at 1mg a week has been shown to free up igf1 levels in your body...do a search on medline for articles on arimidex...there are some good ones IP: Logged |

You can avoid almost all gyno problems by not doing any unneccesary tapers. Dont taper up, and only taper off of drugs that NEED to be tapered off of. If you are going to go from a test ester straight to deca or something, dont taper the test, start the deca and drop the test, then use the deca for the taper. A large amount of people experiance gyno due to FLUCTUATION in testosterone to estrogen ratios. Not just the fact that their test is elevated. I regularly use 1000mg and up and NEVER use any anti-e's. I take clomid post cycle, and never had a problem, nor do the people I work with who do the same thing... Just a thought for ya... NoviceJ, Some people say that winstrol will help prevent progestinic induced gyno. Also, there is a drug called RU486 (i think), a.k.a "the abortion pill". I assume it would be hard to find on the black market though. IP: Logged |

clomid everyother day with nolvadex only when you need it i use this method (i take high dose cycles) 1 i have no gyno 2 my nuts are fine post cycle 3 it is very inexpensive so i have done alot of cycles and this has worked the best for me AND ANABOLICUM it DOES work on anadrol and deca i think you should check your research or experiences again ------------------ IP: Logged |
