It's hard to overtrain while on AS. Stick it out another two weeks or so and then take a week off, regroup, and come back with a normal workout, not as rough as when you were on AS.

Up the sleep and protein. I don't know what your current workout routine is but I have noticed that since I swithed over to doing each bodypart once a week as opposed to twice, i never feel like I am overtrained.

Eating and sleeping up your protein for a little bit like 2weeks to ensure your overworked muscles are getting enough.

Overtraining is a syndrome that you don't recover from over night. Take about three weeks off. While you are off of training, spend time reseaching HIT(High Intensity Training).
