Listen folks I did the search and came up with only confusion on this topic. I have 60 Oxyflux/clenbuterol 0.02mg tabs. I'm post cycle deca/test/dbol. Big as shit and would like to get some of this weight off now. Can I use this stuff safely, PLEASE tell me how to use it amount and frequency. All replys will be apprieciated.

P.S. I went from 219 to 248 on a 10 week cycle. Too big too slow for me, but its been fun.

I've read 2 days on 2 off, 2weeks on 2 off, or a week off, personally after a cycle I take it straight through for 4 weeks or so, it is anticatabolic. In my opinion, if you are gonna use it for weight loss, you probably should start out at 4 day(2 twice a day)and increase to 6 a day for 2 weeks break for a week and start again. Take some ripped fuel or something for the week off. This way seemed to work well for me.

i think begining with 4/day is a bit excessive. Everybody reacts differently to the stuff, so to be on the safe side i'd start off with 2/day(taken seperately) and work your way up 'till you reach your personal tolerance.

2 weeks on/2 weeks off

TWO WEEKS ON AND TWO WEEKS OFF IS CORRECT. DURING THE OFF WEEKS USE AN ECA STACK. 2 A DAY IS A SAFE START YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE MORE. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.

I take 5 a day now and I don't fell shit. I even bought a thermometer to see how much it raises my body temperature. It went down, LOL

I'll try 7 tomorrow and see whats up.

I tried it once
1 a day 3 days
2 a day 3 days
3 a day 3 days
4 a day 3 days
5 a day 3 days
4 a day 2 days
3 a day 2 days
2 a day 1 day
1 on last day
this was a 3 week cycle I started having nosebleeds halfway thru.
Use it then try Hydroxycut or adipokinetix or
thermadrine most of the over-the-counter stuff works well.
