Although incredibly overhyped, I think Cell Tech is pretty good. Metrx Creatine AC isn't bad either, but the taste would probably make an Ethiopian vomit. I remember back in the day, I used to make good gains from Phosphagen HP, but I haven't used it in a couple of years. As for protein, I like Cross Pro, Cyto Pro, and Isopure. Just Whey by Sport Pharma probably gives you the most bang for your fuck. IP: Logged |

I have tried for five times in the past, Muscle Tech's CellTech. It gave me a positive boost. It is combined with dextrose. Some of the member on the supplements board believe that you could buy creatine and seperately the dextrose and combine them. This is a cheaper solution than the CellTech which combines creatine and dextrose (75 grams / dose). Nagasiro. IP: Logged |

All I have to say is effervescent creatine. Anyone that has taken enough of it wont argue. Any kind of effervescent creatine should work. I used Fortress Systems Creatine Edge Effervescent. It was bad ass. The regular creatine made me sick and gave me a upset stomach for just about the rest of the day after I took it. IP: Logged |

Hey I have the new Testex creatine that you inject in your ass. It works good I like to use it with my organon liquid creatine too!LOL. Sorry after my first cycle I only use creatine to come off. the best creatine i have ever used would probably have to be betagen by eas. i took it with cytovol and i thought the results were really good. it tasted pretty good too! theres only one problem and that its veeery exspensive! IP: Logged |

i have some creatine. i use it for those stubborn stains in the bathroom...hehe. actually i have 2kg and its just sitting on top of my fridge. i guess i could get around to using it....maybe. its more of a hassle than what its worth for me anyways. IP: Logged |

cell tech and all these transport systems are bullshit they make you put on weight becuase they are ram full of carbs that store as bodyfat. personaly i like german skw creatine which used by eas, prolab and most good companys athleten gold etc i personally go for the prolab its of outstanding quality and works well.
