![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Personally I would consider myself a bodybuilder, but I train like a powerlifter to some extent. My weight right now is 195 lbs. not sure about bf%, probably around 14-15%. Hoping to do a show on August 12th. Would like to weigh between 195-200 with bf of about8-10%. Best advice: Go to the gym and do what you gotta do. Don't worry about anyone else in there.
