Have competed in powerlifting in the past at 6'3", 285. Now im 6'3", 240. Trying to lose some of the excess mass and just look good.

One line of advice: "show me a good loser, and i'll show you a loser"

Personally I would consider myself a bodybuilder, but I train like a powerlifter to some extent.
My weight right now is 195 lbs. not sure about bf%, probably around 14-15%.
Hoping to do a show on August 12th.
Would like to weigh between 195-200 with bf of about8-10%.
Best advice: Go to the gym and do what you gotta do. Don't worry about anyone else in there.

I competed in powerlifting in high school and football in college. Now I am mainly just trying to look good, although I still like to train heavy. I lift 4-5 times per week, hitting each body part once.

Words of wisdom: I you keep training hard and eating right and juicing, one day you might even be small!
