Creatine will only add more water to your muscles,you will see an increase in strength but for actually gaining more mass I got to go with good old fashioned Protein Whey protein,milk & egg protein,& soy protein If your not taking glutamine then you definetly should be,plus it is fairly cheap. I get a 5 lb.tub of whey pro for $34 thru nutrition discounters.I dont know who said for you to take HMB but I can tell you from first hand experience that its a waste of money & its very expensive.For 2 bottles of HMB you can get the real thing. I don't know if anyone has heard of it, in highschool I used to take STEROMAX by D&E Pharamceuticals. It was the shit...I got accused of taking AS all the way through school. I was extraordinarily big and strong for a teen and credit it to STEROMAX! IP: Logged |

Protein should be first and foremost. If you aren't getting enough protein, any gains you will make from other supplements will be minimal. Then creatine and glutamine. IP: Logged |

Drink alot of alcohol and only jerkoff on weekends. And no sticking the apple pie!j/k I'd go with cell-tech, or vitamin world's version crea-tech and some whey. Also take l-lysine and l-tyrosine 90 minutes prior to workout on an empty stomach, this increases growth hormones by as much as 700%, seriously! I'd say the absolute best thing to take for mass, even better than any type of AS would be food. You've go to eat to get big, period. But in terms of just supplements. Protien. I've made and kept better gains with a whey protien than any creatine. But both together are good. Glutamine is always excellent too. IP: Logged |

Fuck creatine the best over the counter supplement is Food! I have taken up to 10grams of creatine a day and still hit plateaus but when I got my diet straight I can always continue to make steady gains.
