Arimidex and clomid are both anti-estrogens, I don't understand what your trying to ask.

I understand what he's getting at sorta?
Yes clomid is a synthetic estrogen, but in men it can work as both an anti-estrogen drug, and a gonadotrophic stimulant.

Clomid is a relatively weak anti-estrogen. It works by binding to the estrogen receptor without activating it. It is mainly used for its gonadotrophic stimulating properties.

Arimidex, however, is an aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase is the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen. Therefore, by taking arimidex, you prevent most of the testosterone from converting to estrogen, therefore keeping the estrogen related effects of cycles containing testosterone to a minimum.

In short, no, the arimidex will not cancel out the clomid.
