Jan. 1 2001 for New York. Then you can pick them up Legal. I think you can only get 10 at a time though. It's legal where I live now. I just go to Wal-Mart or Kmart. IP: Logged |

I used to get em all the time with no problem but the last time they were asking me questions, and one wanted to see a script. hey bro this has got to be the hardest state for anything, you can get pins on the net with no probs though man. IP: Logged |

certain states give the pharmacy the right not to sell but they cant refuse to someone if they say its for drugs go figure thats why they are legal so people wont share needles. In my state i can buy 10 at a time big deal i'll just go to a few different stores. IP: Logged |
