NO. Sust needs to be inj i.m. and the arm is a bad place for many reasons. Glutes or Quads preferably with a 1.5", 1" at the least. IP: Logged |

By the arm I'm hoping you mean bi's or tri's. Sust is to thick to pass through a ins needle,it would take you the whole day. Spot inj are usually done with whinny, in the bi's tri's calfes, etc. Or some do propinate shots in there calfes in hopes of increasing size. I've tried all this shit, personally don't think it works. Stick to your glutes,shoulders,or quads. peace. IP: Logged |
