i'm on a cutting stack - 4 weeks out from my target date.
taking t200, winny and deca.
would i benefit at all if i throw in some equipoise? my trainer told me i should, but i thought it was almost like deca, so what would i get from it?

Eq has similar benefits as deca, but with less water retention. Could be a benefit for when you're dieting and want to retain some mass while not retaining a shitload of water.

yes. that's true. i know that much, but i am already taking deca, so what would i be getting if i throw in some eq? wouldn't it be the same thing as just upping the dose of deca?

you would be getting the benifits of the deca w/out the water retention.... being 4 weeks out i would probably substitute the eq for the deca.... ive never competed but that would seem a logical move
