I recently have just started (winny)in the bi's, Didn't hurt much going in but it was sore like I had a monster workout for about 3-4 days, I have heard many arguments for both sides I am undecided so I am giving it a go, can't tell you about results so far - hopefully I will be ecstatic in a couple months. I've been injecting Winnie in the arms, delts, calves. You will not gain anything. It may looks like you do, but after your cycle the supposed gains from shooting in the arms will go away.
