Goddamn gyno. Nature makes all the fun shit suck somehow! Unless you get it cut out, you're stuck with a miserible situation. I've heard that it largely depends on the type of gyno you have. If you've got the hard lump under your nipple (permanently enlarged gland), you're screwed and will be visiting the doc soon. If it's just soft tissue (fat), some people have had limited success with losing as much bodyfat as possible. Note the word "limited," but hey let's face it: any amount of improvement is great when it comes to gyno!

yup i got the hard glands under both nipps so i guess im fucked. but maby i can complain to my doctor that i have alot of pain and maby he'll write a note to the insurance company. do you guys think that can work?

hey guys, I'm kinda new to juice. If you feel a tickle under your nips and you start Nolvadex, does it prevent gyno completely. And if it does, is Nolvadex really catabolic?

nolvadex is not catabolic..what i'm doing form now on (since i have a slight case of gyno) is take clomid thourghout my cycle, along with nolvadex twice a week (mon and thursday) to get the estrogen out of my body..

The size of the hard lump is dependent upon the individual. Kinda like a swollen lymph node, but a little bigger. About the size of a quarter or so. Once the tingling starts,....TAKE PREVENTIVE MEASURES. Sacrificing a little gain during a cycle is worth not getting gyno. Maybe if you're rich and can afford plently of surgeries, then be my guest and don't use the nolvadex. The chances of getting your insurance to cover the surgery seem to be about fifty-fifty. If you're convincing during the consultation and you get a cool doctor, then you're a new man for free. If you get a loser-ass doctor, then you're fucked or poor, take your pick.

BROTHER who is gunna start a cycle.
always take nolvadex and clomid.
i started gettin sore nips a week or two ago, gone now but still tingles once in a while. wasnt able to get any nolvadex or clomid. make sure you got some before you start your cycle.i got a mild case of gyno cant alway see it, some days seem better than others.its soft to the touch.
remember get your stuff before you start your cycle, its a fuckin scary feelin not to have any when you get sore nips.
dont worry you;ll be able to tell, its scary shit bro.
ps anything i can take to reverse this?????

Worse? I don't think that's a good idea. You'd be further ahead to try and talk / act your way into free gyno surgery. When the doc touches your ninnies, wince like you're in pain. Just imagine they're like a bad-ass razor burn and you've got the idea. Tell him it irritates your nipples when you were some shirts and it hurts you sleep on your stomach. if you live on the coast tell your doctor you surf and lately after surfing your nipples have become super irritated and its been like that for a long while and now they hurt when your not surfing.
