I have been doing kcd for a while and fat loss has stopped so I took a week off and ate over maintaince, and now I'm back on. My question is: would I see greater fat loss at the same cals on a iso diet with 200mg DNP every 24H for 7 days then 7 off or continue my KCD diet and really watch my carb and fat intake durring the carbups? Or Could I do both 1 week iso+DNP, then 1-2 weeks KCD, then 1 week iso+DNP, and so on. Would this work What would you suggest? Thanks, REDDOG IP: Logged |

I don't know what will happen, but I'm trying something similar. Keto diets work great for me and I just got off DNP for the last 4 days after 4 weeks on at 200-400mg/day. I probably only lost 5-6 pounds. I think I ate too much carbs. I panicked a little because the first few days on DNP, I was getting really low on glucose and I'd get kinda spacey. I think this is because I didn't carb up coming off keto before starting the DNP and I had almost no stored glucose anywhere in my body. I think I probably overcompensated a little. I'm trying to "dry out" now to see where I am before going back on DNP, so I'll probably go keto like 10 days, carb up, then go back on DNP for another 2 weeks, then back to keto for 7-10, carb up, then start my cycle in late June. I'm also going back on tiratricol (Triax) because I've been dieting for many weeks now and my temp has dropped down some. I started with it about 6 weeks into the keto diet and it picked my temp right up, but I stopped while on DNP. I think it will help, especially while I'm off the DNP. Hopefully, I'll be around 6-7% when I start my cycle so I won't have to compromise on calories while I'm on. Don't want to get too fat, you know. The Doctor IP: Logged |
