I've made incredible gains on reforvit, although it is slightly under-dosed. I'm currently taking 2 1/2 cc's per day stacked with 1000mg of sust and 400mg of EQ.

I know from personal experience that serious gains can be made from ref-b. I am currently stacking it with EQ and hope to see as good of results as the last time!!!!!

i've been taking 1cc a day of ref-b with 500mg of sust for 10 days now. this is the first time taking ref-b. i already gained 8lbs and my strength is increasing but i'm not going to increase alot of poundage to quick, because i tried that last week doing squats and strained a muscle in my quad. but it healed real quick though. i think ref-b is the shit.
