I havn't been doing ECA for long, but recently it gave me mild palpitations for two days, now on a day off it i am expieriencing a slight Heart-burn type pain occasionaly .... has this been noted by others?, or is it a bad sign?

Hey bro, I know what you're sayin' I have experienced this, especially while running...I don't really know how severe yours are, so don't take this as medical advice, but I think it's basically a normal effect on your body...good luck, bro. Marauder out.

ECA is effective but makes me feel like shit. The heart burn feeling is the aspirin and caffeine attacking the lining of your stomach and esophagus. Gave me the start of an ulcer. But not everyone is similarly effected.

Hey bruddah,
I get heartburn from caffeine, ephedrine, or asprin when I take them seperately or together. If you really feel the need for ECA, a little bit of Tums or Rolaids will help you quite a bit. I don't know the effect (if any) on the ECA stack, but it sure helps when I'm burpin' fire!

Look into the ingredients of your ECA. Mine contains cayenne pepper and gives me mild heart burn every time.

I havent had any problems but I did have a buddy who had the heart palpatations, dizziness, shakes, heart burn you name it he had it. Even after he had gotten off of them and stayed off for a few days the symptoms wouldnt go away. He went to see a doc who said it MOST likely be from the ECA. He advised him to get off and stay off. Everyone reacts differently. He changed to Xenadrine and has not experienced any of the effects he did with Ripped Fuel. I looked at the ingrediants and if my memory serves me right it has other herbs in it that help counteract most of the common side effects.
