whenever i do chest, tris, or bis i am getting sharp pains in what feels like my tendons and joints. i have tried stretching more and warming up more but no help. i think it is from where i have put on so much size in a small amount of time. any have similar exp's? suggestions?

IF YOUR ON AS,I HEARD DECA IS GOOD FOR SORE JOINTS. IF YOUR NOT ON AS, MAYBE YOU ARE OVERTRAINING.

That is true. I'm walking proof that deca is great for joint pains. I tore my rotator cuff and the joint swelled up for a bit. My doc prescribed a prescriptive dosage of deca (too little for any cycle) to help the swelling and take care of the joint. Feels great now though I'll lay off for another month just to be safe.

How much Deca should you take for joint pain? I'm not interested in using it to grow.

GLUCOSAMINE SULFATE with chondroitin it's sold in liquid form. A couple of tbs's of that per day and youll be good to go. I recovered in about 2 days time. No bull here, the stuff really works.

For joint pain, DECA is great.

I would say 200mg a week for 4 weeks.
I have tried this and it works, cured my tennis elbow. Remember this is not a real cycle, you probably will not gain anything but will be able to work out.

Deca or quit training all those bodyparts in one day. Thats too much shoulder.
