Just wondering want to hear from some guys that were in the same boat how they went about dropping it.. and also how much of a difference did it make going from 16 to 10.. what did you take diet etc etc.. IP: Logged |

I dropped from 18% BF to 6% BF in about 5 months without using any gear. I never thought I could get my BF that low. I always had a gut even when I wrestled and ran track back in high school. I started running 3 miles first thing every morning and another 2 in the afternoon after my workout. I also restricted the carbs and upped the protien in my diet. In the process I lost 1/2" off my arms but gained mass in my calves and quads, and in general got stronger in all my lifts. It's also nice finally having a six pack. i got up 17% while bulking then did 3 dnp cycles and got to 6% in 4 months, also diet while not on dnp was 1/2g of carb/lb 1.5g pro/lb 1/4g fat/lb approximately along with working my way up 45min of cardio/day IP: Logged |
