![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() don't cut carbs completely bro..the brain runs better on carbs...jsut go low carb..keept he carbs very ow, you will have better energy, feel better, and I don't see a big difference in fat loss between low versus no carb diets... big-guy IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() stickin at zero won't help u, your metabolism will suffer and your muscles will fade away and go flat and soft, trust me I tried doin it like that and I'm still tryin to get back all the muscle I lost. The best thing to do is to cycle your carbs, like go super low one day, medium the next, and high the next and back around IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have carb depleted for 4 days , then went to zero carbs for 2 days before loading and looking incredibly full and vascular. But, for those 6 days,( especially the last 2), you feel like shit, can`t think, no energy, ect. I really don1t reccommend it unless for a show or something. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() yeah, last summer i carb loaded for two days, then carb depleted for one whole week. oh man did that suck, then after that week, i carb loaded again for two days. Outcome-flat, loss of muscle and about 20lbs lighter. now im just on low carbs for summer along with my one cheat day a week and im feeling great. p.s.
