I keep reading posts of these people touting tremendous protein intake, upwards of 3mg per KG of bodyweight....good lord! That's a hell of a lot of protein! The best I can manage with my work is a couple of shakes a day using Unipro's 95% micro-filtered Whey protein, and eating 2-3 times a day.....usually tuna or chicken, but eating is hard for me because I am on the road a lot and can't always get heat up a chicken breast at a client location...... How do you guys do it? I am looking for some good sources of protein that won't make me fat as a damn horse..... LOL IP: Logged |

3 mg per kg? That would be 300mg of protein for me. Sort of like a sip of milk. ou mean 3g per kg. That equals 300mg for me. Most " authorities recoomend 1-2 grams per ppound of body weight. so 200g is not too hard to get. 6 meals of 35 g of protein is easy. IP: Logged |

it's not hard i have a shake with every meal no1 prot,oatmeal.veg,chicken 2 prot,grits 3lunch with prot,turkey,veg,pasta 4prot,grits 5prot,veg 6dinner same as lunch 7prot,carbs IP: Logged |
