I was leafing through the June issue of M&F, when I noticed that there was an interview with the legendary Reg Park. Now, don't get me wrong, I highly respect all those early iron pioneers, but some of the stuff he says is obviously a lie, or at best a half-truth. On the effectiveness of the split system, he states that when he incorporated that into his routine, he gained something like 26 lbs in three weeks. Mind you, there's no mention of gear anywhere in the interview, when it's a known fact that in the early fifties almost all of those guys were on Nilivar and other AS intended for cattle. Why do they print shit like this? M&F blows.

He can't come right out and say it. Or the magazine can't. It's not politically correct. Just incorporate your knowledge, with what he says. We all know the real truth, by the way. Everyone on this board uses Creatine and prohormones. None of us would even dream of using something illegal.
