First of all - I am new here, so hello everybody!

One question: I am not into bodybuilding, but I am dieting and training to lose weight after child birth. I have lost about 20 kg. since my son was born, but still have 10 kg. left. A friend suggested I should take DNP to lose weight. The problem is I have heard it is really dangerous and could kill me! Is this true? If not, how much do you think I will lose in 3 weeks? (I am now 70 kgs)

I would appreciate replies - I have no idea what to do...

Thnx!

No DNP if you have a child around. It causes you to sweat profusely and in your sweat it carries poisons and also if you are breastfeeding the child your breast milk would likely be contaminated with these same poisons. I feel someone on DNP should not even sleep in the same bed with someone else because of the toxins you give off while on it. I have some right now and plan on using it and argue that it is safe if used correctly along with the proper supplementation to counter act side effects. For you I would strongly suggest go for an strict diet and cardio program and you should be fine. NO DNP for MOMS!

He's right. If you know that little about it then you definitely should not do it. It most definitely can kill you.

DNP is not reccomended for women who are pregnant because DNP is a teratogen.
It would probably be very unwise to DNP while breast feeding.
If you want to use DNP you should
A. wait until you stop breast feeding
B. do some more research
C. Look into other options including dietary changes

BTW-FRACKAL and BADTEMP- I realize that you think that you are helping people by telling them that DNP will kill them- You are not- you are cultivating the propaganda that surrounds a drug that you do not understand- This kind of propaganda cultivation is one of the main reasons that anabolic steroids and countless other drugs are misunderstood and maligned, as well as controlled/scheduled/illegal.
Peace
