a week does everyone wk/out and for how long?
5 days for me usually 1.5 to 2 hrs.

4 days a week doing all explosive Olympic lifts, 2.5-3 hours a pop.

Used to do 6 on 1 off. Each muscle 2x a week. Heavy beginning of week, light at the end. Now I do 5 on 2 off. Each muscle 1x a week. Arms on monday, chest tuesday, back wednesday, shoulders thursday, and finish the week with legs.

Unless youre juicing more than an hour to hour and 15 minutes is wasted. I train 4x week,lift 50 minuts and 20 of cardio.
