![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Got a quickie question for ya bros. I am curious to know: What about a small amount of DNP only for refreshing receptors when I take a very small break between cycle (like 2 weeks). I know that DNP is awesome for melting fat away, but what about a lower dosage only to make the reseptors more sensitive when I begin next cycle. I am intrested in this for a couple of reasons #1 I work at a place where I can not do a "good" cycle of DNP because of the sweats and stuff. #2 am more interested in cleaning up receptors than losing fat. Any help would be appreciated. (sorry for any misspellings) Slopain IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() dnp makes your receptors more responsive by speeding up your metabolism, so naturally taking have the dose for losing fat is not going to speed your metabolism up as much but it still will raose it, maybe instead of taking the full dosage for a week try lower for longer...many prefer this so the sides arent as intense but just do more cardio to make up for it IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The mechanism by which DNP "cleans" receptors- I hate saying that becuase it is not really accurate- is not well understood. I would say that the increase in metabolic rate is certainly a factor(both directly and indirectly), but not the only one. there are several options low doses for a week or two at 200mg's(depending on body wieght and response you may adjust) per 36hrs or take a moderate dose on thursday afternoon adn a large dose friday afternoon and suffer through the weekend by monday you should start feeling normal. this option is not for those inexperienced or not in tune with their response to DNP. since you do not seem overly familiar with your responce to DNP, yet. I would go with a low dose for a week or two. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Can someone give an educated explanation of receptor cleaning? Metabolic factors doing this? Are we talking up/down regulation of receptors here? This should be good! Please help this feeble mind out. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah I am definetly not very familiar with dnp and am trying to research it as best I can, couldn't find a whole lot of info on how it 'cleans up' receptor. (I didn't know of any other way to put it) I guess a low dose for 2 weeks might be the way to go for me, I hope its effective in freshining/cleaning (what verbage to use??) the receptors. Thanks for the info, anyone have anything else to add? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() "Can someone give an educated explanation of receptor cleaning? Metabolic factors doing this? Are we talking up/down regulation of receptors here? This should be good! Please help this feeble mind out" From your sarcasm, I assume you are also tired of this question. Here goes: there is no educated explanation to this claim since the idea is not based in known facts. For some reason there is a rebound effect that can occur with DNP use, so some have prematurely made the leap in logic that it is freeing up androgen receptors. Since this is not how androgen receptors work, it is a uneducated claim. From some known evidence we can make better guesses about what is happening with the DNP rebound. DNP is known to deplete the hell out of fuel reserves: glycogen and fat, and is accompanied with increases in various pahtways associated with energy metabolism. There is a possibility that one is seeing a supercompensation of glycogen and intramuscular fat reserves causing a cell volumization effect. Another idea about DNP is that it causes a weak exercise-like stress on the cells, mainly skeletal muscle since this is the major site of mitochondria. DNP causes a release of prostaglandins in muscle cells and some prostaglandins have an anabolic or anti-catabolic effect. Possibly other autocrine factors may be involved also. IP: Logged |
