Im in my third week of a sust only cycle.. i am very prone to gyno i believe that not because of cycles but because ive had it naturally since i was younger.. Im now on 500 sust a week and im very afraid of gyno getting any worse then it is already.. My nipples are always sensitive to cold or hot.. im not sure how i can tell that its getting worse or not.. ive been taking clomid eod and i a minimal amount of nolvadex if needed.. how would i know if the gyno is getting worse if its already there?? Do your nipples actually start to hurt??

Personally I'd bump the clomid up to ED if I were gyno prone.

SCHNiKEN,

I'm in the same boat. I've had it since puberty and damn was it painful!

You will feel it. They will become very sensitive and painful, possibly itchy.

If the symptoms do arise use 20mg of nolvadex for 5 days then 10mg for the rest of your cycle.

Good luck.

Clomid is great as an anti-estrogen, but does not do anything for progesterone. Nolvadex is a stronger anti-estrogen. When given to rats they get cancer, so watch out.
Here is a site that promotes the use of Zinc as an estrogen blocker. I don't know if they are right, but in my opinion, even if the odds are 100 against 1 everyone should take it. It is also good for the hair and since it really is very cheap there are no excuses not to take it. But when things are started, surely taking Zinc will not make an improvement.

So here is the site :

here you find anything on gynecomastia or you take this only for the Zinc :

My nipples get sensitive and slightly swollen when I'm on a cycle....this is normal. But if you take a shower and can feel the water running over your nipples, it's time to start taking Nolvadex. There won't be much question in your mind....it hurts so badly you can't wear a shirt!!

I am also gyno prone, unfortunately. I was getting REALLY sensitive in the nips... then when I started to take clomid eod... it didn't get any worse. It gradually got better, and never returned. I have nolvadex, but to me... that's the last resort. Clomid worked very well for me. I also take 50 mgs of Zing every day as well.
