![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just off the top of my head I can think of a few things that every good gym should have seriously, 1.A reverse Hyper machine, like the one Louie Simmons uses, i got to try one a few times and its a pretty good exercise for those of us that like lifting heavy weights. 2.A decent dip bar, you know what i mean, not too wide or narrow and with room to attack a weighted belt. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 3.Another thing that bothers me is incline benches that are so inclined its almost like doing a military press, my gym sucks for that. Have some real incline benches. 4.A gym must have sufficient ways to work calves, standing and seated, you would be surprised at how many dont. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 5.I forgot to add space, space to do olympic lifts, deadlifs, and whatever else you want to do, i have to clear space out in my gym every time i want to do any of those. 6.Throw is a few swiss balls for the hell of it, they are cool for doing abs and all kinds of random crap.
