Been off my cyle for approx. 2 months now. (sust, deca, winny)About 2 weeks ago it started. I have been getting extremly sore after my workouts. I don't mean the sore we all like. It's like I haven't worked out in a couple of months and just came back. I think it's because the AS has mostly cleared my system. I have been trying to keep my workouts as intense as when I'm on in order to try in keep my gains. Do you think I maybe overtraining, or should I just suck it up and carry on? Anyone else experience this??? Pitbull IP: Logged |

I've found that when I first start a cycle, I am also extremely sore. At first I was concerned, I thought that AS would help me recover quicker and I would be less sore. I attribute mine to the mental aspect of first starting, that state of mind that i should be stronger. IP: Logged |

I do get sore joints once I've lost my water retention, but I don't think that's what you are talking about. It's a bad idea to train as hard and long while off, you should have a simple maintanance program that covers the basic excercises. Train hard but smart while off to keep your gains. IP: Logged |

Thanks Krusher. I think I'll cut back on the length of my workouts. Pitbull IP: Logged |

You need to be very careful that you do not over do it. This is the time frame when yo could have a tear. Cut down on the weight some and up the reps. YOu can not maintain the same weights as before. YOur muscle cells are deplete of the water that they once had, thus reducing strength and flexability. BPP IP: Logged |

Thanks BPP! I'm def. going to cut back. Your right in the money though, no muscle tears yet, but I think I have a bad case of tendonitis in the inside of my right forarm. Right were it bends. It kills to do any pulling motion. Bi's or Back. This sucks!!!! Pitbull IP: Logged |

Mix in some cardio and skip lifting weights about every 2-3 days at least. Keep your workouts intense but start it with 12 minutes of cardio every day to warm up. Eat good but if your joints are hurting replace it with 15-20 minutes of high intensity cardio. Eat right and get plenty of proteins in the morning like eggs whites and cottage cheese (glutamine, high in aminos). Try to mix in some glucosamine, its cheap. Sometimes you need to retrain your "unjuiced" body into endurance just to build a new foundation and to give your body a little change up. You will not keep your weight up if you continue to do the same workouts you were doing when you were juicing. BUILD UP YOUR LUNGS AGAIN.... just suggestions that helped me off of a high mass building ref-b test cycle and did'nt want to turn into a fat piece of shit and all the cardio made the difference in the world so will your diet..balance your meals perfectly every day...now is the most critical time of your cycle theat will make the most long term effects on your body I HEAR YA THOUGH BRO IP: Logged |
