I visited a few border towns in South Texas back in 1996 and 1997. At the time you needed an Rx for gear at a Farmacia. Also I know for awhile (after MM2K did their article on scoring gear in Farmacias). Question is-is an Rx still needed? I was in Reynosa and Matamorros. reynosa has several places that u need a perscription. But there only 5 to 10 bucks each. 5 to 10 bucks is nothing compared to growing. IP: Logged |

i absolutely love reynosa, prescription? no prescript needed unless you speak spanish. pull out a wad of cash or flirt with the girl at the counter. in fact reynosa is not as touristy as t.j. so there is less jazz and less counterfits. steroid smggling is also VERY LOW on customs list in reynosa, unlike tijuana. just to give you an idea of the lack of tourism: I have family in reynosa and in mcallen and when i was there for the summer i did not see one anglo. 3 months later i took the bus up to dallas and tripped out at white people. it then hit me that i had not seen a white person in 3 months. talk about culture shock. -Pops IP: Logged |
