After researching i beleive that this would be the best solution to my slowness problem, while still gaining muscle. 8 week cycle of sust - 250 cc's every 4 days 1 amp of Winny M,W,F Wk 1 - as i progress i add a day each week until I take 1 amp everyday, eventually plateauing Wk 5, then tapering back down. 50 mg of Clomid throughout EOD - 1st post cycle week 100 mg of clomid everday, then 2nd post cycle week 50 mg of clomid ... Ranger i know you don't approve of taking steroids at such a young age, but i respect your opinion so how does that cycle sound. Thanx a lot for you help IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() my cycle Halo: week one start off with 5mg/day for two days, then 10mg/day for two days, then 15mg/day for four days. This now takes you into the second day of the second week; now take 20mg/day through to the second day of the fourth week (and including the second day- -so take 20mg that day also). Then 15mg/day for five days. This now should take you to the end of the fourth week and about to start the fifth week. Start out the fifth week by taking 10mg/day for four days and then 5mg/day for the remaining three days. then week 1-4 750mg of sust week 5-7 500mg of sust week 8 250mg of sust and all the clom and nov bullshit too IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Maybe training is the reason your slow. Power lifting and plyometrics are what will increase speed and power. The steroids will just get you there quicker. If your not training for speed and power then they won't help that much if at all. Focus especially on the plometrics. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Chester, if you want to increase your speed use heavt explosive movements, coupled w/ various running drills. Depending on what you are preparing for, if it is something like football stick to 40-100 yard bursts. And possibly most important do not neglect your flexability. If you are really serious check out Parisischool.com. This guy is the best for speed training. I worked with him myself. It took me a while but my 40 yard dash went from a 5.7 to a 4.5. He is limited to the nj area, but you could prabably still get one of his programs sent to you. Good luck. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() do a search on this site...there was an "increase your vertical"-type topic about a month ago where someone posted that he was an expert in this area and would help out any of the bros if they emailed him. i believe he recommended power cleans as the best exercise for increasing explosiveness... I played Defensive back for a top flight Div 1 school and our speed program was as follows: Monday and Thursday- Sprinting, Quickness, and Upper body lifting. Tuesday and Friday- Plyometrics, Lower body lifting. I wish I had juiced then. I may still be playing. Make sure you are sprinting alot, especially on the sustenon-the increased water retention can actually slow you down if you don't train your fast twitch muscles. IP: Logged |

I would alternate one day for technique,( arm action, foot placement, knee lift, etc.) then the next day would be a power day where we did things like plyometrics and all out sprints. When I look back I was probably overtraining by our standards, even though I got bigger (175-196) over a year and a half. Any way I still fluctuate from 218 to 240 and am still right at about the same speed. IP: Logged |
