![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() To tell you the truth I was a runt 17 years ago. I was 160 pounds and looked like a freakin splinter. Then I started lifting. Last Sept I did my first mild cycle. Just before that I was 217. By Dec and after elbow surgery I was 230. My website while pictures aint the best, show how I progressed till March. I hope to get some this weekend. Yep I was small before and I am small now, 250 is still to small. But we all gotta have goals. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My elbow injury was called golger's elbow (hate the sport, if you can call it that, never played either) it is like tennis elbow except on the inside. You get a build up of scar tissue and then the tendon is no longer able to stretch. So, I had t have the scar tissue scraped off of the tendon and holes drilled in bone to encourage bleeding for repair. Mos is military occupational specialty or skill. Mine was 6492, 3051, optical repair technician and yes of course the only real mos 0311 (never went to school, but then again isn't that what boot camp was for. Btw I went to boot camp in Oct 1983. Took some pic's yesterday. Shots of me with no shirt posing a little, too cold to take of pants. So, at least you can see what a month off of gear, plus shit diet does for you. ------------------ IP: Logged |
