BUT I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE TAKING IN WHILE CUTTING! THE CYCLE IS PRIMO/EQ/WINNY, AND I DO 1HR CARDIO ED ALONG WITH WEIGHT TRAINING OF COURSE, AND IM AT ABOUT 15% BF AND WANT TO LEAN OUT TO 8% BF, AND PUT ON 5- 10LBS OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS... Eat the most carbs in the beginning of the day for breakfast and lunch and don't eat any carbs after your post-workout meal. After your workout is the last time you eat any carbs for the day. Eat some high glycemic carbs after your workout...like a banana or fruit or something along with whatever protein youre taking. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You won't get bloated, especially if you take in the right carbs. After your workout you want to take in some very high glycemic carbs, as stated before. Stuff like grape or carrot juice are so high, the glucose is in your blood in minutes. Taking in some creatine with it is great also. Other juices aren't as good because their main sugar is fructose, which surprisingly is rather low on the glycemic scale. Taking in high glycemic, almost pre-digested, carbs at this time is particularly important because your muscles are primed to take up glucose into the cells. You want to make some available and quickly, maybe 200 grams or so. Then, eat a good protein rich meal about 30-60 minutes later. Don't stuff your face and you shouldn't get bloated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Cardio, diet and proper training is the key to getting shredded. cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, wait an hour to eat b/c your body burns fat for up to an hour then eat a huge breakfeast load up on carbs now.oatmeals good use equal with it it tastes like candy. eat carbs until you train. no sugar all day until after you work out then have a couple banannas to spike your insulin. then nuthin but protein until you go to sleep. dont worry the gear will take care of the rest. good luck IP: Logged |
