I popped blood vessels in both my eyes, looked like the damn devil. That was too weeks ago, and they still haven't fully recovered.

Hey studcj that blows, I popped a blood vessel in my left eye doing leg presses, it took a month to fully go away, I looked like a dildo....

I know when I've gone really hard because I get these very small red bloches on my face and upper body. My doctor friend said it was probably small capilaries bursting just below the skin.

You make it out from under the squat rack but only about 3 steps before passing out cold. Thank God one my bros caught me. My knees buckled and I was out, only a minute though.

When you fall down the stairs and almost break your head on a glass door because your legs are so fucken soar that they cant hold up the weight of your body..

I have blown a blood vessal in my left eye doing front squats( all natural),and usually after aset of squats I have to lye down or else I will fall down

you wake up the next morning and you wished that you hadn't cause your in so much pain you can't even go to the bathroom and take a piss! thats the last time i do german volume training on my legs damn it!

Definately when you rip one in the middle of the gym while on the leg press machine. Problem was, I was on the negative part of the movement with my knees on my chest!! Had to push it up with everyone watching me.

THOSE ARE THE STANDARDS FOR SQUAT DAY.

At the very least, you should be dizzy and disoriented after a set.

you need to wait 2 hours after the workout until your legs allow you to drive

you can't walk by 5 days because of sore calves

you walk all the day with the arms on your chest, just like tutankamon, because you can't extend them

even your maxilar reaches muscular failure
